We send the majority of our orders tracked and insured. When you order with us, you'll be provided with a tracking link. We mainly use DHL & DPD for our deliveries.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the process of customisation, we regret that customised items can not be returned unless of a manufacturing fault. In the case of a manufacturing fault, the item will be replaced at no cost. You'll be glad to know that manufacturing faults are rare as we check every order prior to delivery.
Any unworn, non-customised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us and we will happily send you a returns label, free of charge.
